appoint a Key Stage 2 teacher for January 2024

Orchard Fields Community School is an Oxfordshire County Council maintained two-form entry non-denominational school in Banbury. We were graded ‘Good’ with an Outstanding Early Years and for the Welfare of our pupils for our last Ofsted inspection in February 2019 and are actively working towards achieving outstanding in all areas for our next Ofsted inspection.
As a school, we strive to recognise and develop children’s personal strengths and talents. Our pupils are well-behaved, enthusiastic learners and our teaching team is welcoming, hardworking and supportive.
We are looking for an outstanding practitioner to work in one of our Year 5 or Year 4 classes; some experience in KS2 would be advantageous. We are looking for someone who is able to plan a stimulating, challenging and fun personalised curriculum. This is a good opportunity for a talented, ambitious teacher to join our dedicated staff team.

Teaching Assistant
Orchard Fields Community School Governors are looking to appoint an Early Years Teaching Assistant to support children on a one-to-one or small group basis as soon as possible. A level 3 qualification or the equivalent would be advantageous.

Salary: Grade 4 – Grade 5 with pay ranging from £21, 575 - £18, 795 for Full Time 37 hours
Pro Rata for 30 hours depending on experience actual salary will be £ 14, 404
Hours: 30 hours per week. 8.45am – 3.30pm (Includes 15 minutes unpaid morning break and 30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
